A 60-year old man, Cletus Ofoegbu, has landed in trouble after he reportedly caught married secret lovers in Lagos, took their pictures in their hideout and posted them online.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Meiran area of Lagos where they reside.

Mr. Cletus Ofoegbu was said to have obtained the pictures of the lovers (names withheld), who were separately married but were said to have maintained their relationship in the area, and posted the pictures in the social media thereby causing both families serious embarrassment and deep family crisis.
The matter was reported to the Police and Ofoegbu was arrested. The Police detained him and asked him to explain how he got the pictures but he declined to do so.
The police found his actions culpable and charged him before the Ogba Magistrates Court for conduct likely to cause breach of public peace and destabilizing the victims’ families by posting their pictures on social media.
He pleaded not guilty.

The prosecutor, Mr. Christopher John, asked the Court for a date to enable the police to prove that he actually committed the offence.
Thus, the Presiding Magistrate, Mr. Peter Nwaka, granted the defendant, Ofoegbu, bail in the sum of N100,000 with two sureties in like sum.
He was remanded in prison custody pending when he will perfect his bail conditions. The matter was adjourned till 21st May, 2019.
P.M.EXPRESS gathered that Ofoegbu really disorganized the victims’ families as they claimed that the pictures were fabricated. However, our correspondent gathered the images as shown in the pictures were that of the married lovers which suggested that the defendant, Ofoegbu, may have targeted them and took the pictures in order to expose them.
