Speaking with our correspondent, Adedipe Dauda Ewenla, who could not hide his joy, said he has always believed in whatever he does and as a philanthropist and a community leader but regretted that the All Progressive Congress allegedly used the Police in Lagos State to truncate his political ambition, when he was framed up as the sponsor of pipeline vandals and he was dumped in the Police cell for an offence he knew nothing about.
“I have always believed in myself and whatever I do so the three awards coming at this time, I am not surprised at all. The only regret I have is that the APC led government used the Police in Lagos to truncate my political ambition. By now, I would have been a member of the Lagos State House of Assembly. I was not allowed to campaign because I was framed up as being the sponsor of pipeline vandalization and was detained for no reason.
Prince Adedipe Dauda Ewenla Ewenla, who has been championing child education through his foundation, Adedas Development Foundation, where youths learn vocational studies promised he would not relent but would continue to assist the less privileged.
