2 Year Anniversary: Egbemode Describes Oyetola As A Rare Leader

The Commissioner for Information and Civic Orientation, Mrs. Funke Egbemode, has congratulated the Governor of the State of Osun, Mr. Adegboyega Oyetola, on his second anniversary as Governor, describing him as a silent achiever.

Egbemode, in a congratulatory statement, said working with Governor Oyetola has been a pleasant professional experience, adding that he is a blend of diligence and exceptional character.

Egbemode said, “Governor Adegboyega Oyetola is a man that my heart always wants to bless. His typology is very rare in political arena, a man who places so much premium on the welfare and security of the people he leads. With Oyetola, all lives matter”.

“He is a man of substance but does not engage in political noise making. He is assertive but never aggressive. He has demystified governance through his simple but effective approach.”

“I did not know the volume of work he has done in two years until we started compiling the activities across the different Ministries, Departments and Agencies. I dare to say that Governor Oyetola has touched almost every sector within two years.”

“In all that he has done in the past two years, Governor Oyetola has made the people’s welfare and well-being his mission. He has served the good people of Osun and done everything within his capacity to protect them, including from the devastating impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.”
