Posted on December 15, 2018

Lagos State Government through the Lagos State Sports Commission in its characteristic manner continued to boost the morale of its athletes in the ongoing 19th National Sports Festival taking place in Abuja by giving instant cash rewards to athletes who win gold (N25,000), silver (N15,000) and bronze medals (N10,000).

The awards are presented to the athletes as soon as the organisers of the festival officially presented medals to the athletes. This kind gesture came as a surprise to many of the athletes who confided in PM EXPRESS that the action is a testimony that Lagos cares for iots athletes.

PM EXPRESS as usual presents photos of some of the presentations.
