AKOD Celebrates Gov Babajide Sanwo-Olu At 60

The Secretary to Ikeja Local Government and APC Chairmanship Candidate in the forthcoming local council elections, Hon. Akeem Olalekan Dauda (AKOD), has extended warm congratulations to the Executive Governor of Lagos State, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu, on the occasion of his 60th birthday anniversary.
In a statement issued in Ikeja, Hon. Dauda described Governor Sanwo-Olu as a quintessential leader, an urban reformer, and a symbol of progressive governance whose strides in infrastructure renewal, education, health, and transportation have redefined the Lagos narrative.
“Your Excellency, as you mark your diamond jubilee, I join millions of Lagosians and well-wishers across the nation in celebrating your sterling contributions to the advancement of our dear state. Your visionary leadership, as reflected in the THEMES+ agenda, has brought about remarkable development and improved the quality of life for the people of Lagos State,” AKOD stated.
Hon. Dauda further commended the Governor for his calm, purposeful, and people-oriented leadership, especially during critical moments such as the COVID-19 pandemic and recent economic challenges. He praised Sanwo-Olu’s unwavering commitment to inclusive governance, youth empowerment, urban renewal, and security.
“As you celebrate 60 glorious years of impactful living, I pray that God continues to grant you wisdom, strength, and good health to steer the ship of Lagos State to greater heights. Your life of service, excellence, and leadership is an inspiration to many of us coming behind,” he concluded.
