Allegation Of Possession Of PDP’s Property Another Rhapsody Of Blackmail Against Ugwuh

PRINCE MACDONALD ENWERE

The recent allegation of possession of PDP property levelled against the former state chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, Chief Engr Charles Ugwuh, by one Chidi Dike is not only unfounded and baseless but irresponsible.
For purpose of clarity, Engr Charles Ugwuh is not in possession of any PDP property. Such allegation is another rhapsody of lies and anthology of blackmail from Chidi Dike and other leftovers in the PDP.
Rather than engaging in a platitudinous moonlight tale, Chidi Dike should be specific and mention any PDP property in Engr Ugwuh’s custody.
Is Chidi Dike not aware that it was Engr Charles Ugwuh who gave the party office a face-lift. Is Chidi Dike not aware that the little improvements in the office were financed through funds donated by Engr Ugwuh and contributed by the then leader of the party, HE Emeka Ihedioha and other patriotic stakeholders. Where were Chidi Dike and his sponsors when Engr Charles Ugwuh, Hon Emeka Ihedioha and other stakeholders contributed and installed solar lights in the party compound, purchased a 62kvA brand new diesel generator, photocopying machines, office equipment and furnitures, repainted and remodeled the party office including the meeting halls, installed canopy and other improvements in the party compound?
I therefore, challenge Chidi Dike to be bold enough to mention any property he or any of his sponsors bought for the party, or forever remain silent.
His allegations against Engr Charles Ugwuh is nothing but an evaporated vapor and diversionary cheap composition to impugn on the reputation and impeccable integrity of the respected elder statesman.
Instead of Chidi Dike to be concerned about how to face the responsibility of resurrecting the already crippled party, he is rather busy engaging in negative profiling and vituperative mushrooming against a man who served meritoriously and sacrificed in building the party in the state before its painful demise.
I call on Chidi Dike to face his challenges and stop looking for scapegoats.
