Amb Comrade Emeni Ibe Felicitates With Comrade Chiwokwa Nweze On His Birthday

Amb Emeni Ibe (JP AP), the President General of Orashi National Congress, ONC and National President Southern Youths Foundation of Nigeria, has felicitated with Comrade Chiwokwa Nweze, the dynamic President of Orashi Youth Forum, on the occasion of his birthday anniversary.
