Amb Comrade Ibe Celebrates Rt. Hon. Edison Ehie’s Mother On Her 78th Birthday

The President General of the Orashi National Congress, ONC, Ambassador Comrade Emeni Ibe, JP, AP, has extended warm felicitations to the matriarch of the Ehie family on the occasion of her 78th birthday.
The celebrant is the mother of Rt. Hon. Edison Ehie, immediate past Chief of Staff at Rivers State Government House and former Majority Leader of the Rivers State House of Assembly.
In a goodwill message on behalf of the ONC, Amb. Ibe described the celebrant as a virtuous woman, community leader, and a pillar whose values have shaped leadership in the state.
“I wish to use this medium to celebrate a virtuous woman, community leader and mother of the immediate past Chief of Staff at the Government House in Port Harcourt,” Amb. Ibe said.
“Mama, the fact that you could produce an impactful leader in the mold of Rt. Hon. Edison Ehie is a pointer to your life of dedication to service, discipline, and sacrifice.”
He noted that mothers who raise leaders contribute immensely to the growth of society, adding that the Ehie family matriarch’s legacy is evident in the public service record of her son.
On behalf of the Orashi National Congress, Amb. Ibe prayed for many more years of life, sound health, and joy for the celebrant.
“On behalf of the Orashi National Congress, I wish you many more pleasant years with good health. As your years, so shall your strength be! Many more happy returns of the day to you Mama,” he said.
The ONC President General also commended Rt. Hon. Edison Ehie for his contributions to governance and legislative service in Rivers State, saying the family continues to be a source of pride to the Orashi region and the Niger Delta at large.
The celebration drew goodwill messages from political leaders, community stakeholders, and associates who described the matriarch as a woman of faith, wisdom, and humility whose influence extends beyond her immediate family.
