Amb Emeni Ibe Felicitates With Hon. Sam Chigbo Eligwe

The President General of the Orashi National Congress, ONC, Amb Comrade Emeni Ibe, has felicitated with Hon. Dr. Sam Chigbo Eligwe on the occasion of his birthday anniversary.
