Amb. Ibe Felicitates With NDDC Board Chairman, Barr. Chiedu Ebie On His Birthday

The President General of notable Niger Delta socio-cultural group, the Orashi National Congress, ONC, Amb Comrade Emeni Ibe, has warmly felicitated with the NDDC Board Chairman, Barr. Chiedu Ebie, on the occasion of his birthday anniversary.
In his congratulatory message to the celebrant, Amb Ibe said, “On behalf of the good people of Orashi Region and the members of the Orashi National Congress, ONC, and the Southern Youth Foundation of Nigeria, I warmly congratulate the NDDC Board Chairman, Barr. Chiedu Ebie on the occasion of his birthday”.
