Anambra Assembly Passes Electoral Bill 2024

The Anambra State House of Assembly has achieved another milestone in Anambra’s journey towards strengthening democracy and governance in the state.

 

The House led by the Speaker, Rt. Hon. Somtoo Udeze, on Wednesday, 29th May, 2024, successfully passed the Anambra State Electoral Bill 2024.

 

This important Executive Bill, sent by the Executive arm, aims to establish the Anambra State Independent Electoral Commission (ANSIEC).
