Anambra State Govt Wins eGovt Solutions Implementation Of The Year Award

Anambra State Government through the State Physical Planning Board has won the national award on eGovernment Solutions Implementation.

The plaque was received by the Executive Chairman of ANSPPB and Special Adviser to Governor Willie Obiano on Digital Economy, Barrister Chukwunweike Francis Maduekwe, during the 12th edition of Beacon of Information and Communication Technology Lecture and Awards 2021 held at the Eko Hotels and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos.

The honour, according to the organizers, was predicated on the ability of Anambra State government to implement online building approval portal that crashed time of obtaining and processing building permits from three months to about a week or less and other initiatives of the state in that regard.
Other awardees include; Crestsage, Tecno, Oppo, M-P Infrastructures, Reliance Infosystems and others.
