APGA Sets 30th April Deadline For Membership Revalidation & Registration

The All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, has set 30th April, 2026, as deadline for membership revalidation and registration.
In a statement signed by the National Publicity Secretary, Mazi Ejimofor Opara PhD, he said, “This is to notify the general public, all intending members, and all current members of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) that the final deadline for membership revalidation and registration is Wednesday, 30th April, 2026.”
“In line with Section 77(5) of the Electoral Act 2026, as amended, all registered political parties are mandated to submit a comprehensive digital membership register to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).”
“The implication of this statutory requirement is as follows:
1. Any person who intends to participate in the APGA Primary Election processes for the 2027 General Election, either as an Aspirant or as a Voter/Delegate, MUST be duly captured in the digital membership register of the Party to be submitted to INEC.
2. Failure to revalidate or register before the stated deadline shall render any such person ineligible to participate in any APGA primary election process.
3. Consequently, all Aspirants and intending members are hereby reminded to take advantage of the next Nine (9) days to ensure they are duly registered with the Party.

No extension shall be granted after the April 30, 2026 deadline.”
