Big Brother Naija Extends Auditions to Abuja, PH

The search for Nigeria’s biggest reality talent in the returned Big Brother Naija, just got bigger with the organisers extending the opportunities to the young creative talents in Abuja and Port-Harcourt, Rivers State to be part of the auditions in those cities.
Interested Nigerian youths will have the opportunity same as their compatriots in Lagos.
Auditions for the Big Brother Naija reality competition will now also hold on 26 and 27 November at MultiChoice Nigeria office on Ademola Adetokunbo Crescent, Maitama Abuja and at Hotel Presidential, 5141, Aba Road, GRA Phase II, Rumuagholu, Port-Harcourt.
Interested applicants must be over 21 years and have a valid Nigerian passport in order to be selected as part of the 12 housemates for the competition.
Winner of the Big Brother Naija will walk away with an amazing prize money of N25 million and a brand new KIA Sorento car.
Ten year after its first and last edition was held, the Reality TV show will be returning in January 2017 to DStv and GOtv.
In the first edition of the show, 12 housemates vied for the coveted $100,000 prize money by performing various mental and physical tasks.
At the end of a three-month stay in the house, Katung Aduwak emerged winner. The show also produced other notable stars such as Africa Magic’s Tinsel actor, Gideon Okeke, and TV personality Ebuka Obi-Uchendu.
Speaking on the return of the show, John Ugbe, Managing Director, MultiChoice Nigeria, said: “Big Brother Africa was popular for its entertainment value and ability to showcase ordinary Africans from different walks of life.
“We decided to re-invent the reality show once again by bringing back the Nigerian version which we are confident will draw pan-African audiences for the same reasons that Big Brother Africa did.”
