Bishop Isizoh Extends Solidarity To Ogbunike People On Eve Of The OPU 2023 Elections

The Bishop of Aguleri Diocese, Most Rev. Denis Chidi Isizoh, has extended his solidarity to the good people of Ogbunike as they prepare to cast their votes in the town’s union government election coming up tomorrow, 8th April, 2023.
Bishop Isizoh, a native of Osile Ogbunike, prayed for the people of Ogbunike to ensure that the process leading to the election is peaceful.
He said, “God bless Ogbunike, God bless Umu Ogbunike. Let the elections be free and fair. And let the best Candidates win. I am praying for you all”.
The Roman Catholic Bishop looks forward to a peaceful and transparent voting process that will lead to the election of successful candidates, who will promote and defend the interest of Ogbunike community and ensure progressive leadership.
Finally, Bishop Isizoh reiterated that the credibility of the electoral process is crucial to laying the foundation for the new elected candidates to foster community’s integration and sustainable socio-economic development.
