Boy, 17, Arraigned For Inserting Finger Into Private Parts Of 2 Sisters

A 17-year old boy has landed in trouble in Lagos State for allegedly sexually assaulting two sisters by Inserting his fingers into their private parts.
P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened on 2nd January, 2026, at Beta Street, Bamako Estate, Ojodu, Lagos, where they reside.
According to the Police, the suspect sneaked into the room apartment of the victim’s mother, opened their parts and inserted his fingers.
However, the alleged assault leaked to the victims mother and the matter was reported to the Police in the area.
The suspect was arrested and transferred to the Gender Section of the State Command for interrogation over his alleged conduct.
After thorough interrogation, the Police found him culpable and charged him before the Ogba Magistrate Court for the alleged offence which attracts several years of imprisonment.
The charge read:
“That you, Onyemechi Ndukwe ‘m’, on the 2nd day of January, 2026, at about 1400hours, at  Beta Street, Bamako Estate, Ojodu area of Lagos, in the Lagos Magistrate District, did sexually assault the victims, ‘f 10years old and  7years old by inserting your finger inside their private parts, inside their mother’s rented room apartment located at the above address and thereby committed an offence punishable under Section 261 of the Criminal Laws of Lagos State of Nigeria, 2015.”
The Court did not take his plea following a motion moved by the prosecutor, Inspector Lucky Ihiehie, asking the Court to refer the matter to the DPP for legal advice.
The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. M.O.Tanimola, ordered his remand in juvenile center pending the outcome of the DPP’s advice and directed the prosecutor to duplicate the file and send it to the DPP for advice.
The matter was adjourned for mention for the report of the DPP’s advice to be available, which will determine if the matter will be transferred to the High Court or not over jurisdiction.
The names of the defendant and the victims were withheld because they are still minors in line with the policy of P.M.EXPRESS.
