One of the Youth groups and supportive voices for the Buhari led administration, Buhari Osinbajo Youth Support Movement, BOYSM, has lamented the neglect by the Government and political appointees and the members are set to stage a protest to disclose their displeasure.

According to information available to P.M.EXPRESS, the BOYSM members had tried getting the attention of the Buhari led Government and the appointees without success over a long period of time.

Speaking on the development, one of the Coordinators, Comrade Emeni Ibe, said, “Yes, it’s true we’re planning to embark on a protest to draw Government’s attention to our plight. We worked so hard to ensure the victory of President Buhari and Prof Osinbajo and deserved to be given attention thereafter”.

“We’re already mobilising the members of BOYSM across the nation to be set for a protest at the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja. This is coming after several letters and unfulfilled promises by the Government. The political appointees are very aware of the huge roles we’ve played and have continued to play but have chosen to neglect us as it appeared they’re concerned only about themselves.”

“Therefore, we resolved to embark on a peaceful protest, as it appeared the only option left to be explored in order to draw attention to the situation. In the coming days, our members across the country will gather in Abuja for the protest” Comrade Emeni said.
