CCSN Bags NGO Of The Year Award

The Conference of Civil Society of Nigeria has bagged the Meritorious Award as Nigeria’s Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) of the Year.
The Award Investiture by Daily Independent Newspaper was held on 18th February, 2023, at the Conference Centre of Eko Hotels and Suites Lagos with dignitaries from all works of life.
Daily Independent Newspaper presented the CONFERENCE OF CIVIL SOCIETY OF NIGERIA with the Meritorious Award For fostering High level Civic Engagement, Inclusion of Marginalised Groups and Civil-Military Cooperation in Nigeria.
The Award was received by the Chairperson of the Conference of Civil Society of Nigeria, Adams Otakwu.
Recipients of other categories of Award included Gen. Buba Marwa, Governor Emmanuel Udom, Alhaji Abdulsamad Rabiu, Governor Nyesom Wike, Chief Femi Otedola, Chief Tompolo, the Oba of Benin, NIMASA, AMCON, FIRS, NiMET, GLOBACOM, amongst others.
Adams Otakwu thanked Daily Independent Newspaper and dedicated the honour to God Almighty and the Nigerian Civil Society.
