Comrade Emeni Ibe Commends President Tinubu For Appointing Dr. Otuaro As Administrator of Presidential Amnesty Programme

The National President Southern Youth Foundation of Nigeria and President General Orashi National Congress, Most Snr. Comrade Amb Emeni Ibe, has commended President Bola Tinubu for the appointment of Dr. Dennis Brutu Otuaro as Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP).
Dr. Otuaro holds a PhD in Comparative Politics & Development Studies; an MSc in Public Administration, and a BSc in Education.
The ONC President General believes that as Dr. Otuaro had previously served as a top-level executive of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), he is coming into the office with a surfeit of experience across multiple sectors, including infrastructure development, security, environmental remediation, as well as oil and gas.
“As the President anticipates that the new Administrator will bring his requisite experience and know-how to this role to revamp the Amnesty Programme and advance the realization of its founding purpose and vision, I highly commend the President, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR, on this deserved appointment.”
“I believe strongly that this is a welcome development. I therefore, support his appointment and wish Dr. Otuaro the very best in his new assignment” Snr. Comrade Emeni Ibe stated.
