Lagos Diamond Heritage Lions Club, Ago, Okota Extend Impact In Society To Residents With Diabetes Awareness

A humanitarian organisation, known as Diamond Heritage Lions Club, Ago, Okota, Lagos State, District 404B1, Nigeria, has continued to create impact in the society by creating diabetes awareness and extending medical services to the residents.
P.M.EXPRESS reports that the event took place at the Century Hotel, Ago Palace Way, Okota area of Lagos, where they engaged the services of a renowned Medical Director, Dr. Adedamola O. Osuntuyi, to attend to the medical needs of the residents.
Diamond Heritage Lions Club under the leadership of the District Governor, Lion Rob Olorundudu and Charted President, Lion Chudume Ngozi, has been touching the lives of the people and equally providing their medical needs.
Recently, they put smile on the faces of Ago Okota residents by conducting free tests and providing free eye glasses in line with Vision awareness. While the residents were still singing praises about what they had done to them, Lions Club went again and embarked on Diabetes awareness.
Apart from the medical services, the Club had earlier embarked on community service by cleaning drainage in the area and donated a number of food items, detergents to orphanage home and equally pledged their support to the orphanage anytime the need arises.
The Chartered President of the Club, Lion Chidume Ngozi, (NLCF) reiterated the commitment of the members to offer social services to the community and indeed humanity as the cardinal motive of the club.
Sh explained that the club usually embark on the activities every Month to ensure that lives are touched no matter how small it is as members contribute resources to do so.
