Dr Uche Sampson Ogah Is The authentic APC Candidate In Abia State – Court

The Federal High Court sitting in Abuja on Thursday, the 6th of December 2018, re-affirmed the candidature of Dr. Uchechukwu Sampson Ogah as the authentic Abia State APC Governorship candidate for the 2019 Election.
In a ruling delivered in Abuja by Hon. Justice A. I. Chikere, the court further issued an Order restraining Ikechi Emenike from parading himself as the APC governorship for Abia State.
