Edozie Njoku Is An Impostor & Can’t Suspend Any Legitimate Member – Says APGA National Legal Adviser

Posted on September 26, 2024

The National Legal Adviser of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, Victor Agunzi Esq, has carpeted Mr. Edozie Njoku while describing him as an impostor, who has no right whatsoever to suspend any legitimate member of the party.

In a statement made available to newsmen on Thursday 26th September, 2024, the National Legal Adviser said, “Can an impostor or an Illegal Occupier suspend the Legitimate Members and Executives of APGA?  Is it possible for an Unregistered  Member of APGA who stole his way to INEC Portal suspend Valid Members of APGA?”

“Can someone whom APGA denounced his recognition and has dragged him to the Supreme Court suspend Members duly recognized by the Party? Can an Illegal Occupier evict the Landlord from his house? Of course the answer is a resounding No.”

“These and many more are the questions to Edozie Njoku and his Co travellers. These guys are most likely suffering from a special form of a mental deficiency. They must be living in a fool’s paradise to ever think they can suspend any member of APGA.”

“APGA, as a Political Party, has rejected Edozie Njoku. Let him face his battle against APGA and the validly elected NWC of APGA led by Barr. Sly Ezeokenwa at the Supreme Court and stop this unnecessary, foolish, and impotent threat of “I will suspend this and that”. Edozie Njoku and his ragtag group are nothing but impostors in the affairs of APGA.”

“Kindly disregard the purported suspension of any APGA member by Edozie Njoku group as they are not vested with the capacity to so do. Prof Charles Chukuma Soludo CFR remains the National leader of APGA and Bar Sly Ezeokenwa his the National Chairman of APGA” the National Legal Adviser, Victor Agunzi concluded.
