Edozie Njoku Kisses The Ground At The Federal High Court Abuja

The Federal High Court Abuja today presided by Hon. Justice James Omotosho declined the laughable attempt by Edozie Njoku to delay the hearing of the case. Edozie Njoku who appeared visibly afraid to face Justice has resorted to throwing up all manner of frivolous applications to stall the hearing of the case.

Remember the Court of Appeal on the 5th of September 2024 settled the issue that APGA and its validly elected National Chairman Barr SLY EZEOKENWA has arguable grounds of appeal and were granted leave to proceed to the Supreme Court as interested parties to challenge the baseless recognition of Njoku.

The reality has dawned on Edozie Njoku that his game is over and he is now working round the clock to frustrate the hearing of the cases in court. His attempt to drag legal representation of APGA was rejected by the court and the matter was adjourned to 3/10/2024 for hearing.

You will recall on the 5th of September 2024 the camp of Edozie Njoku were seen dancing to gwo gwo gwo ngwo to deceive their gullible followers only to turn around to appeal the same ruling they were celebrating after realizing APGA and Bar Sly Ezeokenwa has boxed them into a tight corner. That is exactly what they are doing today.

Our members are urged to disregard the propaganda being paddled by Njoku and co. They are losing and it has become manifest to them.

Very soon they will be sent to oblivion where they belong.
