The President of OJB Foundation, Hon. Olaide John Bello, popularly known as OJB, has charged Nigerians to show genuine love to one another as well as the need to make sacrifices to ameliorate the plight of the less privileged.
This was contained in Hon Bello’s Sallah message made available to newsmen in Lagos on Saturday.
“The Eid-el-Kabir celebration offers us as Nigerians the opportunity to show genuine love to ourselves in the midst of the security challenges across the nation. It’s time for us to be more united as a people, shun ethnic sentiments and comments that will heat up the polity. Going by the spirit of Eid-el-Kabir, we are expected to emulate Prophet Ibrahim and embark on sacrificial giving especially towards ameliorating the plight of the less privileged in our society” Hon Bello said.
He expressed confidence in the ability of the President Muhammadu Buhari led ‘Next Level’ administration to turn things around economically and security wise.
