Ekwunife: Capacity Personified

The announcement of the Most Distinguished Senator Uche Ekwunife (Iyom) as the chairman, campaign council of PDP in the forthcoming Gubernatorial election was actually a positive step taken by the party in its quest to take over Agu Awka come 06/11/2021.

Iyom, a grassroot politician who have been in active politics and elected position since 2007, a goal getter, a household name with her capacity personified. Loved by many, with tested and trusted track records

Interestingly, she is an additional strong force in the side of Mr Valentine Ozigbo. Iyom is a political heavyweight with active political structure that any political party will like to have on their side.

Immediately after she accepted the appointment, she swung into action. She paid a courtesy call to the governor of Edo State, H.E Mr Godwin Obaseki, soliciting support for PDP Anambra State ahead of the November 2021 election. With her rare virtue and the chairman of the campaign council, we will see gigantic impact and wonderful strategies she will come up with in ensuring PDP takes over Agu Awka come 06/11/2021.

However, all the members of PDP in Anambra State should emulate our Senator with the midas touch in making sure the interest of the party overrides their personal interest. They should play politics of principle rather than sycophancy. Iyom has volunteered herself to work with Mr Valentine Ozigbo
