Ekwunife Donates 30KVA Generator To 20-Bed Health Centre, Neni, Anaocha LGA

After facilitating the construction of a 20-bed health centre located at St. John’s Catholic Church Neni in Anaocha LGA, the Senator representing Anambra Central Senatorial District, Uche Ekwunife, PhD, has gone further to donate a 30kva generator to the centre.

 

Visiting the health centre, Ekwunife who was represented by a delegation of her project team led by her Legislative Aide, Hon Ifeyinwa Chinwuko stated that it was necessary to provide the centre with the right utilities for optimal performance.

 

The health centre is one of the numerous projects attracted by the quintessential Federal lawmaker.

Receiving the project team, the parish priest of St John’s catholic church, Rev. Fr. Peter Akaenyi appreciated Ekwunife for keeping to her promises. He said that Senator Ekwunife commenced the construction of the centre in November last year and ensured its completion within 7 weeks, a record he described as amazing.

 

Fr. Akaenyi further thanked Senator Ekwunife for all the good works she is doing in the Senatorial District and prayed God to reward her abundantly, assuring her of his maximum support.

On his part, the President of Catholic Youth Organization, St John’s catholic church, Comrade Frank Anizoba, expressed delight over the brand new generator. He thanked the Senator for attracting the project to the community and assured her of continuous support.
