Ekwunife Felicitates With Emeka Anyaoku At 90

The Senator representing Anambra Central Senatorial District, Uche Ekwunife, PhD warmly felicitates with the former Commonwealth Secretary-General, Chief Emeka Anyaoku as he turns 90 years, today, 18th January, 2023.

Ekwunife recognized Chief Anyaoku for his brilliance and astuteness which saw him rise through the ranks to the enviable position of
Commonwealth Secretary-General.

The Federal lawmaker extolled Anyaoku, who inspite of his international and national accomplishments, continues to fulfill his duties as the Ichie Adazie of Obosi Kingdom in Idemili North Local Government Area of Anambra State.

Ekwunife acknowledged the Obosi-born nonagenarian for the use of his excellent diplomatic skills to promote peaceful negotiations and dialogue in many commonwealth nations as well as the consistent deployment of his versatile skills and experience in useful national discourse.

Senator Ekwunife, on behalf of her family and the good people of Anambra Central Senatorial District wishes Chief Anyaoku many more prosperous and fruitful years on earth. She prays God to keep him in good health as he continues to deploy his experience, knowledge and wide diplomatic contacts in service to our nation, Nigeria.
