Empowerment Initiatives: Hon. Amaka Obi Commends Senator Oluremi Tinubu & Mrs. Nonye Soludo.

The Transition Committee Chairman of Idemili South Local Government Area, Hon. Mrs Amaka Obi(Iyom Ife-Abata) accompanied Anambra First Lady, Mrs Nonye Soludo as wife of Nigeria’s President, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, empowered twenty Anambra farmers.
Hon. Amaka Obi said that women empowerment remains the catalyst for economic growth, saying that women have proven to be more enterprising but were hampered by capital.
She commended Senator Oluremi Tinubu and Mrs Nonye Soludo for empowering women, stating that it was a veritable means of poverty reduction and economic growth in the country.
She added that Mrs Nonye Soludo has been touching many lives in the state especially women and children through many Initiatives, affirming that she remain the mother general of ndi Anambra. She pleaded all to embrace healthy living championed by Mrs Nonye Soludo.
She urged the beneficiaries to make good use of the opportunity which is the powerful tool to end extreme poverty, boost shared prosperity and feed many people.
