Estate Agent Arrested For Tricking Female Clients Into Sexual Binge

The police have arrested a 26-year old house agent, Omotehinse Gbenga who allegedly specializes in obtaining sex before renting  accommodation to female seekers.

The suspect was arrested after one of the victims, Comfort Martins, report to the police alleging that Gbenga intimidated and forced her into engaging him in a sexual intercourse over accommodation.

The incident happened at Adidas field in Olodi, Apapa, Lagos where both the suspect and Comfort reside.

The victim said she was traumatized over what Gbenga did to her after she paid certain amount to rent an apartment from him and went to collect the key from him.
She told police that she was surprised when he informed her that before he will hand over the key to the apartment to her, he must sleep with her or she forget both the money and accommodation.
Comfort said she protested and it was later she heard from other female clients both married and single who have rented an apartment from him that they too went through the same process.
After the encounter with the other female clients, she went to the police and reported what happened. Gbenga was later arrested and taken to the station.

Gbenga was charge with sexual fraud before Apapa Magistrate’s court from where he was remanded in prison custody.
P.M.EXPRESS gathered from the police source that other women confirmed that they have suffered the same fate from Gbenga in the past.
He was charged to court with the alleged offence under the Criminal Code.
He pleaded not guilty.
The presiding Magistrate, Mr Titus Abolarinwa granted Gbenga bail in the sum of N500,000 with one surety in like sum.
He was remanded in prison pending when he will perfect his bail condition.
The matter was further adjourned till 14 October, 2016.
