Eze Chika Nwokedi Begins Reign As Ezendigbo With Thanksgiving Over Fulfillment Of 10 Years Prophecy

 It was 10 years ago that Prophet Anene Nwachukwu of the Rhema Deliverance Ministry in Iba area of Lagos was led by the spirit of God and he prophesized in the church that a business mogul and super philanthropist, High Chief Chika  Nwokedi, will be crowned as a king.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that Nwokedi, who had so much faith in God, believed and immediately made a vow in the church  that if the prophecy gets fulfilled, he will  use a cow to give for thanksgiving to God in the church. 

Last Thursday, the physical manifestation of the prophecy came to pass and Nwokedi was crowned the Ezendigbo of Ijegun and Ijedodo Communities by the Igbo Speaking  Community, Lagos State, led by Chief Sunday Eze, at his palace in Ijegun area  of Lagos.

Eze Nwokedi, who is the President of Igbo sociocultural organization, Igbo Buru Otu, went to the church on Sunday   and fulfilled his vow while further  announcing N50m empowerment programme for the Igbo people in Lagos  State.

During the coronation by the Igbo  Speaking community, the President, Chief Sunday Eze, noted that over the  years, Nwokedi has contributed enormously to the welfare of the Igbo  people and other ethnic groups without  any tribal barrier. Thus, when the clamour by Igbo people to crown him as the Ezendigbo. 

The Igbo speaking community, Lagos State, had no objections to that effect. Eze Nwokedi thanked the Igbo speaking  community for finding him worthy to be crowned as the Ezendigbo in the two Communities. 


He explained that it showed that the Igbo people recognized his contributions to the progress and welfare of Igbo in Lagos State. He stated that what  happened was an act of God because  he did not have it to mind to become  Ezendigbo and the Igbo people were clamouring for him to become a king.  

Eze Nwokedi stated that the crown meant more service to the Igbo and he will start by empowering Igbo people in the area with N50m on the less privileged in Ijegun and Ijedodo land. He explained that he would tackle the issue of joblessness among the Igbo people by providing some funds to empower those who really need assistance; so that they will not be thinking of committing any crime in the  society.
He stated that the widows and the oppressed will be assisted through his palace he named Obi Eziokwu (palace of truth) and ensured that the Igbo people in Ijegun and Ijedodo are happy as his reign will continue to bring more success and prosperity to the people. 

Eze Chika Nwokedi, is an entrepreneur, philanthropist and former governorship aspirant in Imo State on the Social Democratic Party (SDP) in the 2019 general election. He was the former President Ladipo International market  before he founded Igbo Buru Otu for the welfare of Igbo people living in Lagos State.
