In celebration of 12years nurturing and developing young talented players giving them exposure to the wider world of football enabling them to become thorough bred professionals, iconic entertainer, Alhaji Abass Akande Obesere, is set to thrill guests and ex-internationals at the anniversary celebration.

Over the years, Buruj Sports Academy had participated and triumphed as Double Champion of the English International Super Cup in Manchester City 2017 & 2018, Champions at the TTD Dubai Super Cup series in the United Arab Emirates. 

As the D-Day gets closer, fans and invited guests cannot wait to grace the occasion to get entertained and have fun after a long time of avoiding social gathering due to the ravaging Coronavirus, more so to put aside the trauma, mayhem that threatened the safety of the masses and also affected the economic growth of the nation.

Fuji Maestro, Agbaakin Alh. Abass Akande Obesere, PK1st, the Egungun Be Careful Originator, is fully ready to sparkle at the event with his prolific and mind blowing performances coupled with featuring performances of some fast rising Hip-Hop raves of the moment on Sunday 15th November, 2020, at the Academy Sports House in Ogolonto, Ikorodu area of Lagos.

Ex-International giants like Godwin Okpara, Waheed Akanni,  Ishola Shuaibu, Taiwo Oloyede, Tajudeen Disu, Olusegun Fetuga, Yisa Sofoluwe, Jide Oguntunwase, Victor Agali, Golden Ajebo, Dimeji Lawal, Friday Elahor, Friday Ekpo, Festus Odinni,  Julius Aghahowa, Taribo West, Yinka Abiodun, Peter Rufai, Apelete Dosu, Dosu Joseph, Dikko,  Samson Siasia, Mutiu Adepoju, Taiwo Ajibola,  Victor Ikpeba, Kemac Emina, Tijani Babangida, Kanu Nwankwo, Austin Jay Jay Okocha, Segun Odegbami amongst others, are also set to take part in the Novelty Match poised to celebrate the 12 years Anniversary of the academy.
