Girl, 16, Docked For Sucking Private Part Of Boy, 3

A 16-year old girl, Justina Ogwogwu, has been arrested and charged in Lagos State for indecent assault on a 3-year old boy by sucking his private part in order to satisfy her sexual desires. 
P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened on 17th August, 2024, at Aina Street, Ojodu area of Lagos, where they reside.
According to the Police, the suspect assaulted the boy by kissing, sucking his penis and lying on him before she was caught by the boy’s parents.
The matter was reported to the Police at Ojodu Division. The girl was then arrested and detained at the station for interrogation over her alleged conduct.
After interrogation, the Police found her culpable and consequently charged her before the Ogba Magistrate for the alleged offence, which attracts several years of imprisonment.
Part of the charges read:
COUNT I: That you, Justina Ogogwu ‘F’ on the 17th of August, 2024 at about 12:05hrs at No. 45, Aina Street, Ojodu, Lagos in the Ikeja Magisterial District, did unlawfully and indecently assault the three-year old boy by kissing and sucking his private organ and thereby committed an offence punishable under Section 135 of the Criminal Laws of Lagos State 2015.
COUNT II: That you, Justina Ogogwu ‘F’ on the same date, time and place in the aforementioned Magisterial District, did sexually touch the boy by handling his penis, licking his penis, kissing him and lying down on his body and thereby committed an offence punishable under Section 263 of the Criminal Laws of Lagos State.
However, she pleaded not guilty.
The prosecutor, Supol Akeem Raji, then asked the Court to give a date for hearing since she pleaded not guilty to enable the Police to prove that she actually committed the alleged offence.
The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. B.O. Osunsanmi, granted her bail in the sum of N100,000 with two sureties in like sum, who must show evidence of means of livelihood and tax payment while addresses will be verified by the Court.
The matter was adjourned for mention while the defendant was remanded in custody at the Juvenile Remand centre pending when she will perfect her bail conditions.
