Gov AbdulRazaq Cash Backs TESCOM Staff Promotion

The Executive Governor of Kwara State, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, has approved the cash backing of the year 2022 promotion for the staff of Kwara State Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM), with immediate effect.

The Chairman, Kwara State Teaching Service Commission, Mallam Bello Tauheed Abubakar, disclosed this in Ilorin while addressing the management staff of the commission in his office.

He affirmed that the approval is another testimony to Governor AbdulRazaq’s commitment to improving the welfare of teachers in the State.

Bello recalled that His Excellency on assumption of office in 2019 cash backed the promotions for the years 2015, 2016, 2017 and has since cash backed the promotions to 2021.

The Chairman assured staff of the commission that the current administration will ensure that all promotions are cash backed as at when due.

While appreciating Governor AbdulRazaq’s huge investment in teacher’s welfare, Bello assured him of the commission’s support and dedication to work at all times, with a promise to justify their pay with hard work.
