Hon. Amaka Obi Thanks Patriotic People Of Idemili South For Honouring Her With Their Votes

Hon. Mrs. Amaka Obi (Iyom Ife-Abata), the Idemili South Local Government Chairman-Elect, has dedicated her electoral victory to Almighty God and also thanked the good People Of Idemili South for honouring her with their votes in the just concluded Local Government elections in Anambra State. 

The elated Hon. Obi said, “It is surreal and laden with ecstasy to be elected as the Executive Chairman of Idemili South local government area. It wasn’t by my power nor by my wisdom that I emerged as the chairman elect of the local government but it was the Grace of God”.

“I appreciate the good and patriotic people of Idemili South local government who voted for me to attain this pinnacle in life. May Almighty God make it easy for me to do the best for the people of my council area.”

“Thank you everyone in our local government for electing me to serve you as your chairman during this challenging time. I am deeply humbled by your immense support, and I want to assure you that I am going to work day and night to make sure that your concerns are heard and addressed.”

“This goes to all my humble and lovely brothers that contested with me on 28th September, 2024, may we live long to witness the goodness in each others life.”

“What I have is the mandate of Ndi Idemili South and I want you to know that I will remain committed to serving you.”

“I therefore, call on all progressives in Idemili South to join me and make our dear local government a progressive and prosperous one. Love for one another has been our founding legacy and we will sustain and expand it.”
