In a remarkable display of generosity and community spirit, Honourable Kafilat Ogbara, the Chairman of the House Committee on Women Affairs and Social Development and Member of the Federal House of Representatives representing Kosofe Federal Constituency, orchestrated an unprecedented festive celebration for her constituents.

This year’s festivities marked a historic occasion in the heart of Kosofe, setting a new standard for community engagement.

The festivities kicked off with a groundbreaking Christmas Carol, a first-of-its-kind event organized by Hon. Kafilat Ogbara herself. The entire Kosofe Federal Constituency came together, forming a mass choir that resonated with sonorous voices, creating an atmosphere of joy and celebration. The event was not just a musical extravaganza; it was a heartfelt celebration of the birth of Christ, bringing the community closer in a grand style.

Hon. Kafilat Ogbara went above and beyond, traversing different streets within her constituency to personally distribute food palliatives. Her commitment to ensuring that every member of the community had a reason to celebrate during the festive season was evident as she exemplified leadership through direct, hands-on engagement with her constituents.

Adding another layer of inclusivity, Hon. Kafilat Ogbara opened her constituency office for an open pickup of rice palliatives. This unique approach allowed any member of Kosofe Federal Constituency to walk into the constituency office and pick up pre-packed palliatives, ensuring that no one was left behind in the celebration of the season.

The people of Kosofe affectionately refer to Hon. Kafilat Ogbara as their shining light, and with good reason. Her commitment to the well-being and happiness of her constituents shone brightly during this festive season as she shared over five thousand bags of rice. In an interview with the press, Hon. Kafilat Ogbara delivered a message of hope, peace, and love. She urged her constituents to offer unwavering support to the president, emphasizing the importance of unity as they collectively work towards making Nigeria great. Her words echoed not just in the hearts of those present but resonated throughout the entire Kosofe Federal Constituency.
