Hon. Kehinde Joseph Mourns Ayobo-Ipaja Council Chairperson

The Honourable Member representing Alimosho Constituency (II) at the Lagos State House of Assembly, Hon. Kehinde Olaide Joseph, has expressed deep sadness over the passing of Hon. Mrs. Bola Shobowale, the late Council Chairperson of Ayobo-Ipaja LCDA.
Hon. Joseph described Mrs. Shobowale as an accomplished leader, who served Ayobo-Ipaja LCDA with exceptional dedication. He noted that she was a distinguished member of the Conference 57 and a professional politician who played a critical role in shaping the Local Council for good.
“Late Mrs. Bola Shobowale was not only a patriot but also an Elder Stateswoman, whose contributions to the development of Ayobo-Ipaja LCDA will remain indelible,” Hon. Joseph remarked.
Notably, Mrs. Shobowale had also served as the Secretary to the Local Government (SLG) in the old Alimosho LGA, demonstrating her commitment to public service.
“Her tenure was unforgettable, as she achieved remarkable developmental milestones,” Hon. Joseph added.
Hon. Joseph further noted that Mrs. Shobowale’s impact on the growth and modernization of Ayobo-Ipaja LCDA remains a testament to her vision and dedication. Fondly referred to as “Yeye Shobowale” by her friends and associates, Mrs. Shobowale’s towering influence in Ipaja-Ayobo LCDA’s socio-political history will continue to inspire generations.
“Though she has departed, her legacy of service, discipline, and patriotism will endure in our hearts,” Hon. Joseph stated.
On behalf of his family, political associates, and the good people of Alimosho Constituency (II), Hon. Kehinde Olaide Joseph extended his heartfelt condolences to the Shobowale’s family, the All Progressives Congress (APC), and the staff of Ipaja-Ayobo LCDA.
“May God grant her soul eternal rest and comfort all who mourn her,” he concluded.
