A 26-year old housewife, Misturah Bada, has been arrested in Lagos State and charged alongside her accomplice, Adedamola Daniel, 30, for allegedly staging own kidnap and collecting the sum of N2.5m from her husband, Ridwan Bada.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened on 24th November, 2025, around 12:30 pm, at Jokeayo Junction, Alagbado, Lagos.

They reportedly used a phone number (09134148144) to demand N2.5 million ransom from Misturah’s husband, Ridwan Bada, via WhatsApp.

The plot thickened before the Police investigated and discovered that Adedamola allegedly provided the MTN sim card used for the scam.
