A business mogul, philanthropist and stakeholder in Alimosho  Local Government Area, Lagos, Engr. Akeem Abiodun Ariori, stated that he never declared himself as Asiwaju of Alimosho before anyone in the State.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that Chief Ariori explained that his good deeds were never political and should not be viewed in that light, stressing that he is just a patriotic citizen, who has sympathy and passion for the All Progressives Congress, APC.

Chief Ariori also clarified that he did not, at any point, tell anyone that there is leadership crisis or absence of peace in Alimosho, adding that it was a house that is leaking that needs renovation.

“Alimosho is peaceful and just like other areas, is hoping for better days. We all owe it a duty to pursue development as concerned citizens” Ariori stated.

He confirmed that he had meeting with Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola and Senator Solomon Adeola,  popularly known as Yayi and was yet to disclosed the outcome of the meeting.

“It is pertinent to state that while on my recent business trip to Abuja, I with met ogbeni Rauf  Aregbesola and Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola (Yayi) and the outcome of the meeting remains undisclosed” Ariori confirmed.

However, the outcome of the meeting will most likely be to bring a lasting peace solution to the house that has been leaking, which needed renovation as asserted by Ariori.
