Igwe Ogbunike’s Last Ofala: Lady Maureen Gwacham & Osodieme Grace The Prestigious Event.

It was a season of fanfare as Igwe Ogbunike, late Ositadimma Umenyiora (Ezedioramma 1 of Ogbunike) took his final bow to Mother Earth as the first crowned king of Ogbunike.
Lady Maureen Gwacham, who was accompanied by the former First Lady of Anambra State, Chief Dr. Mrs. Ebelechukwu Obiano, alongside Oyi TC Chairman, Hon. Emmanuel Nweke (IGA), eulogized the virtues of the late king even as they prayed to God to grant Ogbunike’s first class monarch eternal rest.
According to Hon. Lady Maureen Gwacham, “Our king of the blessed memory was a man of valour, whose antecedents remains unmatched. It is however, the course of nature that man must one day take a bow out of this surface and we his subjects must take solace from the fact that he left a good legacy behind”.
Igwe John Ositadimma Umenyiora (Ezedioramma 1 of Ogbunike) was aged 79 before joining his forebears.
