Ikeja Council Boss, Dr Mojeed Balogun Greets Muslim Faithfuls

As the Federal Government has declared Monday 12th and Tuesday 13th August, 2019, as Public holidays for the Eid -El -Kabir celebrations, the helmsman of Ikeja Local Government Area, Dr. Mojeed Alabi Balogun, has sent his greetings to Muslim Faithfuls.

In his Eid message, Dr. Balogun charged Muslims in the Ikeja community to use the occasion of this year’s Eid -El -Kabir to have sober reflections on the reason for the season.  He said Allah’s preaching is on peace, love and charity adding that every true Muslim should embrace peace, tolerance amongst other virtues.

The Ikeja Council boss reiterated his administration’s commitment towards ensuring peace and security of lives and property within the council area. He also promised to continue on the path of continuous delivery of the dividends of democracy to the people.
