Ikeja LG Boss Holds Year 2017 Stakeholders’ Consultative Forum

In furtherance of the vision of Lagos State governor, Mr. Akinwunmi Ambode, for governance to be propelled by the needs of the people, the Sole Administrator of Ikeja Local Government, Engr. Abiodun Taiwo organised a stakeholders meeting for the people of Ikeja to be carried along in the programmes of government.
The Stakeholders Meeting titled, “Stakeholders Participation In Infrastructure Development” was an opportunity to interact with the people in the local government area on the best possible ways to get the impact of governance to the grassroots.

The South West Zone Woman Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Chief (Mrs) Kemi Nelson, past Council Chairmen and Executive Secretaries, Party Leaders, Traditional rulers, Community Leaders and Community Development Associations under the Ikeja Local Government area were all present to make contributions on how to further develop the communities.
Engr. Taiwo, the Sole Administrator, used the opportunity to also reel out his achievements since assumption of office.
He promised that the collated points and needs of the communities will be adequately addressed moving forward.

The Chairman of the Community Development Committee (CDC), Alhaji Sulukaleen Osinberu commended the Sole Administrator on behalf of the Community Development Associations, for his support and genuine concern to the needs of the communities under the Ikeja Local Government.
