Ikeja Residents To Benefit From 500 Free JAMB Forms In 2026 Initiative

The Comrade Akeem Olalekan Dauda Educational Support (AKOD-ES) programme has announced the distribution of 500 free JAMB forms to eligible residents of Ikeja as part of its 2026 education support initiative.

 

According to organisers, the screening exercise for prospective beneficiaries will hold over two days. Day One is scheduled for Thursday, February 12, 2026, while Day Two will take place on Friday, February 13, 2026.

 

The screening will be conducted at the Education Department of the Ikeja Local Government Secretariat, located at 2, Obafemi Awolowo Way, Ikeja. The exercise is expected to run daily from 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

 

Applicants are required to present a valid photocopy of their National Identification Number (NIN), a photocopy of their LASSRA slip, and, where available, a photocopy of their O’Level result.

 

Organisers emphasised that the distribution process will be strictly on a first-come, first-served basis, assuring residents that there will be no discrimination or bias in the selection process.

The initiative was formally announced as contained in a statement signed by Olalekan Oni, Chief Press Secretary to the Executive Chairman of Ikeja Local Government, who described the programme as part of ongoing efforts to expand access to educational opportunities for young residents.
