Ikorodu LGA: Hon. Princess Folashade Olabanji-Oba Officially Declares Intention To Become Executive Chairman

The National Deputy Chairman of Association of Local Government Vice Chairmen of Nigeria and Vice Chairman, Ikorodu Local Government area, Princess Folashade Olabanji-Oba, has officially declared intention to become the Executive Chairman of Ikorodu LGA, Lagos State.

In her words, “Ikorodu is my home, And I have been so fortunate and blessed by this beautiful land of ours. For decades, we have gradually been able to unveil the true colours of our hidden treasures and potentials, which we possess as a region. And we have continually unearthed the unlimited possibilities that our zeal can present the good people of Ikorodu Division. The most precious and beautiful people in and out to me in the world”.

“In the current dispensation (as Vice Chairman in Ikorodu LG) of my leadership qualities and management strides as a goodwill course to the people of Ikorodu, I have also travelled around the world and nothing comes closer to the conclusion that Ikorodu holds the first place in my heart. I am forever grateful and thankful for the opportunities presented to me via my fervent service to humanity. For me, there is no nation above the nation of humanity. From the bottom of my heart, it is all about my people. We the people must win.”

“I have been privileged to serve the good people of Ikorodu Local Government as the Vice Chairman close to four years diligently and in the process, God has used me as a tool for encouragement, comfort and empowerment to shape, support and transform a lot of lives across Ikorodu Division.”
