Israeli Businessman In Trouble For Secretly Flying Out Dead Brother

Police detectives at Nigeria’s Force Criminal Intelligence and Investigation Bureau have commenced investigation into the mysterious death of an Israeli resident in Nigeria as well as unravel how the corpse was secretly and illegally flown out of the country at night without any valid paper.
The deceased, Omri Atias reportedly died in his businessman brother’s house, David Atias at 67 kofo Abayomi Street, Victoria Island, Lagos during a disagreement between them.
The next day, David reportedly arranged the late Omri’s corpse and hurriedly and secretly flew it out of Nigeria without police and doctors’ autopsy report.
The deceased, Omri Atias reportedly died in his businessman brother’s house, David Atias at 67 kofo Abayomi Street, Victoria Island, Lagos during a disagreement between them.
The next day, David reportedly arranged the late Omri’s corpse and hurriedly and secretly flew it out of Nigeria without police and doctors’ autopsy report.
There was also no proper documentation indicating that he actually died in Nigeria.
The police have reportedly summoned the suspect to explain his culpability or explain what transpired between him and his late brother, and how he managed to ferry the corpse out of Nigeria.
It was gathered that on receiving the police invitation, David was said to have hurriedly left Nigeria last week and had not return to respond to the allegations.
How David was able to beat all the relevant security agents including the Immigrations at the airport remains a mystery to those who knew what happened and to detectives investigating the matter.
P.M.EXPRESS gathered that the investigation into the saga followed a petition written to the police by one Mrs Motunrayo Ayisire, a former staff of David Atias’s companies, Bartal West Africa Limited and Bashan Nigeria Limited located at Pacific Close off Oregun Road, Ikeja, Lagos.
Ayisire, who is now the director of Divine Spring Integrated Services, in her petition through her counsel, M.O.K. Onamade And Co, alleged that David Atias conspired with two police officers, Supol Seyi Seye and one Niyi to intimidate and cripple her business over his suspicion that she knew much about the incident.
Ayisire alleged that David and the police officers mentioned conspired and arrested her, carted away over N750,000 cash in her office and shut her warehouse stocked with goods worth millions of naira.
Ayisire said her predicament started after David accused her of divulging information relating to and connected with the suspicious murder of Omri who was David’s younger brother.
Ayisire had denied the allegation that she divulged such information to the police before they invaded her office.
P.M.EXPRESS gathered that the police is investigating what went wrong and to determine those who were involved in the conspiracy of flying the late Omri out of Nigeria illegally.
When our correspondent contacted David Atlas to get his reaction to the whoile saga, he declined to speak but send an SMS to our correspondent to speak to his lawyer.
His counsel, Barrister Ogbonna Chukwumerije confirmed that Omri actually died in Nigeria and was flown to his home country, Israel but he declined to speak further on the issues raised in the petition.

I have heard a lot about this man, David Atias, and have seen some of his crooked ways of handling human beings for his selfish interest. In fact, he is very mean and never cared to get anyone off his way at any time. He has top officers at his back to carry out his callous acts. He needs to also face d consequences of his deed this time, come what may.
David is a very wicked person, i don’t know how could Nigerian lawyer and police be working for an Israeli criminal, David Atias killed, intimidates, use his staff any how thro. Loiuse Njoku (his HR Manager), their office is at 1 pacific close, ojota,…an aluminum factory. A simple Nigerian man should not come across that guy…likewise Nigerian Government should see how to bring this man to justice for many evil deed committed in Nigeria and to Nigerians.
