It Wasn’t Full Penetration – Claims Man, 29, Caught With Girl, 7

A 29-year old man, Innocent Daniel, who was allegedly caught having sex with a 7-year old girl inside an uncompleted building in Lagos State, has told the Police that he did not fully penetrate the little girl due to the size of his dick. 

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Abiodun Ashiru Street, Ikorodu area of Lagos, where they reside. 

The Police alleged that the suspect Innocent, lured the little girl inside the place, removed her pant and penetrated her private part. But while he was still in the act, he was caught by their neighbours, who then raised alarm, which attracted other neighbours including the girl’s parents.  

The matter was reported to the Police and the suspect was arrested. He was later transferred to the Gender Section of the Command for interrogation over his dastardly conduct. 

During interrogation, he admitted before the Police that he actually removed her pant but it was not full penetration because he was unable to penetrate her private part due to the size of his dick.

The Police found him culpable and subsequently charged him before the Ogba Magistrates Court for the alleged offence, which attracts several years of imprisonment if he is tried and found guilty before the Court. 
When he was arraigned, the Court did not take his plea and ordered his remand in custody without an option bail after the prosecutor, Supol Lucky Ihiehie, asked the Court to refer the matter to the DPP for advice. 

The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. O. A. Layinka, also directed the prosecutor to duplicate the file and send it to DPP while the matter was adjourned till 25th April, 2022, for report of the DPP to be available, which will determine if the matter will be transferred to the High Court or not over jurisdiction.
