Iyanya Drops Audio, Visuals Of Latest Single, ‘Biko’

Temple Music singer and performer, Iyanya, has released the audio and visuals of his new single, Biko.
The spectacular video which was shot in the serene capital of Cross River State, Calabar by Temple Motion Pictures showcases a creative blend of the rich Efik culture and style.
Biko is the latest single from Iyanya in addition to three successful albums released in 2009, 2013, 2015 and an EP in 2017.
The award-winning singer and songwriter grew up singing in his church’s choir and was the choirmaster for the children’s choir at the age of five.
In 2008, Iyanya won the first edition of MTN’s singing competition, Project Fame West Africa and went on to release his well-received debut album, My Story, showcasing his capabilities as a dexterous R&B artist.
He is known for hits including “Kukere,” “Ur Waist” and “Oreo.”
In what was referred to as the ‘October Surprise,’ Iyanya signed to Mavin Records in 2016 and released the critically acclaimed Signature EP featuring the hits “Up 2 Sumting” and “Hold On” in 2017.
He ended 2017 with the release of hit single, “Iyanu (Holy Water),” paving the way for a big 2018.
He is currently signed unto leading Pan-African record label, Temple Music.
Biko now airs on major music channels and is released online and for digital downloads on local and international platforms from April 19.
