How Justice Tsoho Fooled PDP Desperadoes In Anambra Central
EJIMONU UDENKA
A desperate move by Iyom Uche Ekwunife, who lost the disputed Senate seat but was propelled by the remote hands of a former Governor of Anambra State alongside other PDP court jesters including one Obiora Okonkwo to stop the already scheduled Anambra Central Senatorial Elections has ended up in the procurement of an embarrassing verdict from Hon Justice Tsoho of the Federal High Court, Abuja.
A non-existent seat was allegedly handed to Okonkwo which amounts to a pyrrhic ruling of no value yet they had the temerity to celebrate.
Everyone knows that the Federal Court of Appeal, which had the final say had long ruled for fresh elections without the PDP, but the useless nature of blind desperation and pursuit of the same vendetta that left the party sprawling on the canvas in the recent gubernatorial election in Anambra state led the schemers to the lowest level “…where no one could help them but God,” unfortunately their actions have shown that they knew no god.
Driven by hate and a vow to do whatever devil may care, Iyom Ekwunife in conjunction with Okonkwo and other PDP court jesters reportedly got the frivolous ruling worth N80m fools bounty just to stop the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) candidate, Chief Sir Victor Umeh from coasting home in the long delayed fresh Senatorial election.
The worthlessness of the said declaration of an interloper Okonkwo, a Senator for the Central should have been glaring to them because it is long nullified and no one can occupy empty space without election by the umpire, INEC. More so, when did the Federal High Court start dictating to a higher court of jurisdiction? Haba!
From multiple litigations and failed attempts by many others like the former governor to enter the ballot through back door and even a petition to the Senate which saw the arrowheads dock for cover when called to state their case all to no avail.
Can someone advise Ekwunife and her co-travellers who have held up effective representation at the Senate for Anambra Central that the game is finally up.
