Kidnappers Hideout Uncovered & One Suspect Nabbed In Anambra

Since the launch of Agunechemba and Udo Ga-Achi security initiative by the Executive Governor of Anambra State, Prof Chukwuma Soludo CFR, more criminals have been arrested and their hideouts destroyed.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that following a raid carried out in the early hours of 30th January, 2025, based on credible intelligence, a kidnappers hideout/armoury location was discovered at Enugwu Agidi, Njikoka Local Government Area of the State.

During the raid, one Mr. Chukwudi Tansi, a member of the suspected kidnapping syndicate was apprehended.

 

Items recovered as exhibits during the raid included 2 AK-47 Rifles, 8 Pump Action guns, 4 Locally Made Pistols, 3 Packets of Cartridges (101 Cartridges), 4 Empty Magazines of AK-47 Rifles, 3 cutlasses, 1 Baofeng Radio, 1 Motorcycle and some charms.
