Lady Arrested For Inserting Finger Into 3-Year Old Girl’s Private

A lady, Oluwaseun Oluwatobi, has been arrested in Lagos for allegedly sexually molesting a 3-year old girl inside a school compound by tampering with her private part.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Cillavilla School located at Mafoluku in Oshodi area of Lagos.

It was gathered that the suspect, Oluwaseun, lured the victim into a classroom, touched her to her satisfaction and thereafter allowed her to go.
However, when the victim got home, she informed her parents about what happened and the matter was reported to the Police. The lady, Oluwaseun, was arrested and then transferred to the Gender Section of the Police Command, Ikeja Lagos for interrogation.
During interrogation, Oluwaseun denied. But when the victim was brought before her and the little girl explained what happened, she was speechless.

The Police found her culpable and charged her before the Ogba Magistrates Court for statutory rape on the victim.
The Court did not take her plea after the prosecutor, Supol Benson Emerhi, asked the Court to refer the matter to the DPP for advice.
The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. O. Sule-Amzat, ordered her to be remanded in prison custody pending when the DPP’s report will be available.
The Court directed the prosecutor to duplicate the file and send to the DPP for advice and adjourned the matter till 21st October, 2019.
It was gathered that the defendant, Oluwaseun, may be tried for rape if the DPP finds her culpable and recommends her trial. She may spend several years in prison custody if she is tried and found guilty despite the fact that the victim was a female minor.
