Lagos APC Chairman’s Cup Organisers Set Up Sub-committees & Coordinators

In line with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Initiative and consent of Pastor Cornelius Ojelabi, the APC Lagos State Chairman, Lagos State APC Chairman’s Cup continues to gather momentum as the LOC Chairman, Hon. Abdullahi Sesan Olowa has confirmed the setting up of various Sub-committees, Divisional LOC and Coordinators to ensure smooth coordination and transparency across the state’s 20 Local Governments and 37 LCDAs
Members of the sub-committees announced on Tuesday include Hon. Tobun Abiodun Chairman Sponsorship and Finance Sub committee; Hon. Prince Usman Hamzat- Chairman Technical and Judicial Sub Committee; Dr. Kemi Ogunyemi- Chairman Medical Sub Committee; Hon. Abayomi Oluyomi – Chairman Private Sector Sub Committee; Hon. Moyosore Adebanjo – Chairman Contact and Mobilization and Dr. Abdulrasak Balogun- Chairman Security and Volunteers Sub Committee.
Others are, Hon. Princess Bola Dada – Chairman Welfare and Logistics Sub Committee; Hon. Olasoju Adebayo – Chairman Media and Communication Sub Committee while the 5 Divisional LOC Coordinators include: Hon. Bolaji Kayode Robert- Badagry Division; Hon. Segun Odunmbaku – Ikeja Division; Hon. Animashaun Sarah – Epe Division, Hon. Oluwafemi Odunayo – Lagos Division and Hon. Adedayo Ladega – Ikorodu Division
According to Hon. Olowa, the competition is not just a football event but a grassroots empowerment and talent discovery platform that aligns directly with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Initiative
It is designed to engage over 5 Million youths, promote unity, and prepare them for greater opportunities, both in sports and civic participation most especially as it encourages them to register and obtain their permanent voter cards.
Dr. Seyi Bamigbade, the convener, announced that registration forms are now available at the APC State Secretariat, Acme Ikeja, and across all 57 Local Government and LCDA Secretariats in Lagos State.

Dr. Bamigbade emphasized that all participants must possess a Permanent Voter’s Card (PVC) as part of APC’s commitment to encouraging political awareness and civic responsibility among youths.
He said the competition has a lot of benefits for participants as it exposes them to foreign trial opportunities, offer of cash prizes, certificates of participation, scholarships, and more.
